Our dispatch process

We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure it arrives at your home safely. Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your order. As soon as your order has been picked up, you’ll get a dispatch confirmation email.

We offer 2 delivery options via Royal Mail to suit your needs within the UK.

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

We’re obsessed with checking every item before we meticulously package items to arrive safely to it’s new home.

However, if in the unfortunate and unlikely event that something arrives to you damaged or defective please contact us for a return.

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us at your expense for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information.

All returns must be sent within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, please fill in the returns form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the address indicated in the email. Please be sure to write your RMA number on the label and box.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges any loss during transit. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns except for damaged or defective products

     ●     Sale items cannot be returned.
